Sets of ATC's.

There are some unfinished ATC sets.
The first set was made from a piece of wet felting that I had cut up to made about 10 atc's.
The second set called Crazy Blue are patchwork blocks that I cut up as they don't turn out the right colours for the quilt I was making.

Place mat gifts.

I have been busy the last few days making a kitchen tea present. My friends daughter who is having her kitchen tea party this coming weekend. I was making a table runner but that didn't work out. Sheree now has four cream and blue place mats. The fabric I have used is called Cavalier Gabardine and it is so lovely to work with. The pattern in the centre of the place mats we used the giga hoop on my Janome 350e.

Craft group work.

Work in progress is my new bag that we started last week at my craft group. The bag starts with 12 x 6" charms squares or any 3" scraps. The small bag uses 5" squares.

I have a small collection of Asian Fabric so there was no problem finding an assortment of fabrics for this bag. I had the background fabric as well so this bag is cost free except for the fusible Pellon. The next step is to do the bias strips. What fun!!!!!!! The bag pattern is again in Patchwork & Stitching mag and is called Latticed Totes vol. 7 no. 11. Will posted photo of bag when finished and maybe some of the other ladies bags too.

Making Bags.

I have made this bag a few times before but this is my one to keep. The pattern is in one of the Aussie Mag called Patchwork and Stitching. The bag is very easy to make with 22 charm squares. I have made this bag with 5" squares but any size is OK. Last year for our Craft group stall at the Church Fete I made 4 1/2" square bags and one little one with 2 1/2" squares.

The photo of the three bags are some of the bags I made last year for the stall including the little Perfect Patches bag.
