This long weekend I have been busy making Postcards and OTC's for swaps that I am in on my internet groups. The three sets are going to Diana in NZ for her NO theme swap and the other cards are for my overseas group. These cards will be posted later. The Cards that are in the following photo's were for swaps in August/September.

Beautiful FQ's.
These are the lovely FQ's I brought from a stall today at Wenty's Quilters Show. They are just lovely and what great PC's and OTC's they could make but the Batiks will have to join the others in my stash. I have this problem that I only see blues and purples when I buy. I will have to learn to get out of my safety zone and add more colours. The Quilts were lovely and very pretty with lots to look at.
Well done Wentworth Quilters.
Silly me forgot my camera.

Craft Show.

Looking forward to the craft show at Rosehill this coming week as I would like to get some embroidery threads from Royal as the company has all these gorgeous colours. My 350e class is doing next month a beautiful Hatched in African Peacock as a class project and I need more colours. We are putting the peacock on black homespun. I would also like to get some felting wool to do some Atc's for the next cancer swap that Cecile will be hosting later this year.
My Other Hobby..
I love to grow plants and my favourite plant is African Violets which I have been growing for over 18 years. I grow them under lights and have had in the past three light stands which my Darcy is sitting on. My DH is a Electrician and that helps as he can wire up the wooden stands for me. Here are some photo's of my flowering plants and my little helper Darcy again.
