Friendship Quilt

This Friendship Quilt was started in 2005 when all my ladies at my patchwork/craft group" Crafty Chicks" all made blocks and then we swapped .... now time has passed and its 2013...
The quilt has been now been finished with help from Professional Long Arm Machine Quilter

who did a lovely job customising each block and the borders with a great designs..

Chameleon Roses

My Father In Law loves to grown roses from cuttings.... and he gave me one....

Its called Chameleon Rose ......First saw it growing at the Gardens in the Hunter Valley..

Grandmothers Choice Blocks

Its been some time since I have posted but have been busy making blocks for Grandmothers Choice Block of the Week..
I am learning new techniques.....
The first time I have hand pieced blocks and so enjoyed doing this.....
My EQ7 and Blockbase are so fun to use with these blocks...
The Blocks are posted one each Saturday US time.....this weeks block is number 22..
